By downloading or using Pawify, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
01Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR] (“Pawify”, “we”, “us”), covering the Pawify mobile apps and the website at pawify.co (the “Service”). If you downloaded Pawify from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to your use of the app; where they conflict with these Terms, the store’s terms prevail to the extent required.
02Not veterinary advice
AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate, especially with unclear photos. You are responsible for decisions you make about your pet’s care, including medication doses and schedules you enter into reminders.
03Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Pawify.
- You sign in with Apple, Google or a one-time email code. Keep access to your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
04Subscriptions & payments
Pawify is free to download. Pawify Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You’ll be charged the then-current price for the next period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Features and limits of Free and Premium may change over time; we’ll give notice of material changes affecting paid features.
- If you use Pawify on iOS, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies to your use of the app and your subscription. These Terms add to it for matters specific to Pawify.
05Family Access
Premium owners can invite up to two other people per pet. You may only invite people who agree to receive the invitation, and you are responsible for the permissions you grant. Invitees use Pawify under these Terms. Owners can change or remove access at any time.
06Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, records and other content you add (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to run an AI scan or share a pet with your family. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to upload Your Content and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or to harm animals;
- upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes others’ rights;
- send unwanted invitations or use Family Access to harass anyone;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service or its security, or bypass usage limits;
- resell or misrepresent the Service or AI results as professional veterinary advice.
08Shop & third-party services
Pawify may offer personalised products through Pawify Shop and connect you with services such as pet sitters or veterinary clinics. Purchases and bookings may be subject to additional terms shown at the time, and services provided by third parties are their responsibility. Links to third-party websites or apps are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
09Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics and the Pawify name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.
10Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results, reminders or notifications will always be accurate or delivered on time. Reminders depend on your device settings and network connection.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI results or missed reminders. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
12Termination
You can stop using Pawify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we’ll let you know first.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
14Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
